Lady Liberties Lament

Forged in November 2016,” Lady Liberities Lament” shows that iconic sculpture dismounting her pedestal, flame extinguishes and book cast aside, as the foundation begins to crack beneath her. Created at Southern Illinois university, with the assistance of the graduate students and volunteers from the Metals Museum in Memphis.
