As a part of the call for public art “captured the real and imaginary uses of the waterfront” I also created this little parody of a scene that can be found on any boardwalk around the country. I seek to engage my audience with humour when approaching public works, creating easily recognizable pieces with a narrative that make sense to the location and is instantly accessible to all it’s viewers. 2009
